If you feel pressure from your day-to-day living, there’s one word that you SHOULD eliminate from your vocabulary to help you release stress. The word?

Oops, it’s should!

Words have weight — and the word “should” can feel like a ton of bricks. And saying it can make simple activities feel much more difficult.

I should:

  • get out of bed.
  • go exercise.
  • clean the house

Just for fun, replace the “shoulds” with “wants.”

I want to:

  • get out of bed.
  • go exercise.
  • clean the house.

Reminding yourself to “want” to do things, makes you instantaneously feel at choice — free to choose.

Doing what you love is freedom. Loving what you do is happiness.
